If shipping is required the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (airline fees, appropriate carrier, health certificate) Delivery cost will be negotiable between buyer and seller if delivered by car. Failure to pay in full for the kitten and shipping costs will result in loss of deposit by Buyer and Seller shall then be free to place the kitten with another buyer.

If breeding rights are purchased with one of our kittens, you have been considered because I felt the kitten would be in good hands. I do not want my kittens shared with any other catteries for breeding nor ever caged. The kitten/cat should have NO more than two litters a year. These are animals and if you're just in this for the money and not the well being or safety of our kittens please do not purchase from our cattery. We also do not want information shared with other breeders on the purchase of our kittens. This is a private contract between us.
Buyer accepts responsibility of caring for the kitten and will provide for its welfare. Buyer agrees to keep the kitten indoors in a clean and pleasant environment, and with proper nutrition, vet care and companionship.
Buyer agrees if this kitten was purchased as a pet it must be spayed or neutered before the age of 6 months old. A male kitten if not fixed at the appropriate will start spraying so discuss this with your vet.
Buyer agrees that this kitten will not be used for breeding unless breeding rights were purchased.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
This kitten is guaranteed to be in good sound health upon delivery or arrival, and for a period of 72 hours thereafter if vetted within that time. Failure to have the animal checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours will void any guarantee.
It is recommended that the kitten be in quarantine during that 72 hour period. If found to be medically-deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, this must be reported to the seller immediately. If professional medical care is given to the kitten during the 72 hour period, the buyer shall be responsible for all the veterinary and professional expenses incurred on behalf of the kitten. The seller shall at no time and under no circumstances be liable for more than the replacement of the kitten. Upon its return, it will be replaced with a kitten of equal value. The seller reserves the right to return a cash refund. If no replacement is available at the time of return, the seller will have up to one year to furnish a comparable kitten.
The kitten cannot be returned for compensation after the guaranteed period had expired and/or it has been exposed to another cat.
PLEASE keep all other family pets away from the kitten until you know exactly how they accept each other. Kittens will run and dogs will chase. We have heard of horror stories where someone felt their dog would be safe alone with a new kitten and trust me it didn’t end well. I never want to hear of this with one of our babies.
The Seller will not honor any health guarantee if the kitten dies of a virus from contact with another animal not bred at this cattery.
The buyer agrees to provide immediate veterinary care to this kitten if it has signs of distress, illness, or injury.
Failure to do so will render the guarantee null and void. If the kitten dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a licensed veterinarian certifies the cause of death.
When the kitten arrives at your home he/she will be inoculated for : FVRCP and wormed against any parasites.
(1)Panleukopenia (2) Viral Rhinotracheitis
(3) Calicivirus
The kitten will require two more sets of shots at age 12 weeks and 16 weeks
followed by rabies
Upon buyers first veterinarian visit it is suggested that the buyer discuss the FeLV ( Feline Leukemia Virus) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus ( FIV) vaccines with their veterinarian’s suggestion at the time. (Parents are tested and NEGATIVE against FeLV, FIV and PKD
The kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for ONE YEAR.
Should the animal die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a veterinarian’s certificate is provided as proof of cause of death.
A replacement will be made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the seller.
The kitten/cat is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of the sale, if the kitten is deemed in poor health, by a veterinarian within the first 72 hours of possession, breeder agrees to replace said kitten upon written notification from a veterinarian , with another similar persian kitten of the same quality or refund purchaser’s money upon return of the kitten at the purchaser's expense (breeder’s decision). If ‘replaced’ the purchaser pays for shipping back of said kitten and pays the cost of shipping of replacement kitten.
The buyer agrees that this cat will at no time be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal dealer, animal research facility, animal shelter or to anyone who has been convicted of neglect or animal cruelty.
It is the intention of the seller that the buyer be a permanent replacement. If at any time the buyer becomes unable to care for the kitten, the seller is given the right of first refusal. If the seller does not receive the kitten, it is the responsibility of the buyer to place the kitten in a home that meets the same conditions as stated in this contract.
Any legal actions which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought in Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. The buyer will be liable for any court costs and related to charges including attorney’s fee associated with Seller enforcing the terms of this contract.
This agreement is the entire agreement between parties
The kitten should be isolated from other pets for one week to acclimate to its new surroundings.
Any changes to the kittens diet should be made slowly as sudden changes may result in episodes of diarrhea.
THE KITTEN SHOULD NEVER BE CAGED !!!!! with the exception of short-term confinement if necessary. No more than two litters a year from Dam unless approval of the seller This is for the cats health.
* Avoid clumping kitty litter for the first six months of the kitten’s life. Kittens sometimes eat kitty litter and if ingested, it is reported that clumping litter can cause intestinal blockages.
In signing this document, Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read, fully understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions of the above sale.

As our first concern is for the well-being of our cats, we reserve the right to refuse the sale of any cat or kittens to any individual at any time. Our Cattery is small and manageable. These are members of our family and loved very much, once retired from breeding they will stay here with us to live out their lives.
This contract must be filled out and signed before the kitten leaves for it’s new home.
